The Spa & Wellness Manager is responsible for curating, leading, and delivering an exceptional, holistic spa and wellness experience aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning and brand values. This role oversees spa operations and supports wellness suites, movement, mindfulness, guest programs, and practitioner teams – ensuring seamless integration, operational excellence, and elevated guest satisfaction.
The Spa & Wellness Manager reports directly to the Spa & Wellness Director and oversees day-to-day operations. They are both an industry leader and a hands-on ambassador for wellbeing, responsible for innovation, team culture, and revenue performance.
