1.监督客房部各项标准和工作程序的执行;
2.负责管理接班和交班工作,以确保交接班过程的有效进行;
3.分配客房;
4.检查客房;
5.配合前台满足酒店和客人的要求;
6.协调特别项目(如参观客房,除虫,窗户和地毯的清洁,客房供应量);
7.确保部门内工作的一致性。
1. 大专及以上学历,有同岗位工作经验优先。
2. 至少1年以上工作经验.
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力
4. 出色的沟通与人际交往能力
5. 熟练使用办公软件。
6. 工作积极主动,责任心强,能够在快节奏环境中保持高效工作,适应灵活的工作时间安排。
