The Hotel Caruso Spa, a prestigious Belmond hotel, is looking for an accountant to join its finance team. The successful candidate will assist with data management and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Primary Responsibilities Include
General cashier procedures, collect, count and prepare bank deposit on daily basis
Prepare and maintain all cash float contract and perform the audit of founds on
monthly basis
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Manage the guest ledger, city ledger and advance deposit on daily basis
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliation on daily basis
Process and collect all guest refunds
