About the Role of Chef de Partie:
Supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
What we are looking for:
· Minimum of two years in a culinary role, specifically in a Cook 1 or highest cook position.
· Advanced Culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
· Leadership roles in a high end, upscale food and beverage environment preferred.
· Culinary institution educated preferred.
· Interpersonal and communication skills are a must!
