What will you be doing?

A Front Office All Rounder truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and are responsible for performing the following tasks;

• • Welcoming and fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals
  • Completing the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems
  • Providing support in concierge, managing guest’s luggage and showing guests to their rooms
  • Managing effectively and efficiently guest requests
  • Maximizing sales revenues through up selling and marketing programs

What are we looking for?

• Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest
• Computer literate and able to navigate through Company systems
