About the hotel:

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern 4-star hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and surrounded by greenery. The hotel welcomes both international business and leisure guests on a daily basis.

The hotel features:

  • Two restaurants:
    • Nomad Bar & Restaurant – a contemporary à la carte restaurant serving international dishes and offering a stylish bar.
    • Haven Restaurant – where an extensive breakfast is served daily and where group and corporate guests are welcomed.
  • 19 fully equipped meeting rooms, making the hotel an important venue for business meetings, conferences, and events. This creates a dynamic and varied working environment within the F&B department.

 

Job Description

 

For our hotel, we are currently looking for a Kitchen Steward who plays an essential behind-the-scenes role within our kitchen brigade. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and directly support the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

As a Steward, you are the backbone of our kitchen and F&B operation. Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a constant supply of clean dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment for the kitchen and all outlets
  • Keeping the dishwashing area and kitchen spaces clean and hygienic
