Purpose

As a Porter, your role is all about making our hotel guests’ stay as smooth as possible. You will be there to help with luggage, warmly greet guests, offer concierge services, and assist with transportation and parking. Your focus? Ensuring our guests feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to enjoy their time with us.

Key Requirements for this role

• Ability to work across a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon and nights on weekdays, weekends as required
• A full Australian driver’s license, with the ability to drive manual cars, is essential

Primary Responsibilities 

• You’ll be the initial friendly face that guests encounter upon arriving at the property
• Your vital task will involve crafting an authentic and inviting first impression
• Consistently delivering top-notch customer service to guests throughout their stay will be a key aspect of your role
• You’ll lend a hand with parking guests’ cars, making their experience hassle-free
• Storing luggage and delivering bags to and from rooms will be part of your hands-on duties

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Have a good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge
• Remarkable customer service aptitude accompanied by a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour
