Who we are looking for…

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences and leading a team to ensure flawless service? As a Spa Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and luxurious experience. If you have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a luxury environment, we want to meet you!

Your responsibilities include…

• Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring compliance with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
• Coordinate and support therapists and receptionists to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage staff schedules, task assignments, and attendance.
• Ensure treatment rooms and common areas are prepared, clean, and organized.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
• Monitor inventory of products and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Guarantee adherence to safety, hygiene, and wellness protocols.
• Collect guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the spa experience.

What we expect from you…

• Previous experience in spa supervision or wellness management (preferably in luxury hotels).
• Knowledge of spa treatments and services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Valid work permit in Spain.
