A Concierge Supervisor will serve as a key point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity. A Concierge Supervisor is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Train and onboard new concierge team members
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Conduct performance evaluations and service audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Motivate the team to deliver high-quality guest experiences
Identify training needs and recommend process improvement
Monitor daily concierge operations to ensure service standards are met
Assign shifts and manage staff schedules
Ensure proper use of concierge systems and tools
Review daily logs, reservations, and service reports
