As Marketing coordinator, your role is pivotal in supporting the Marketing Manager and the broader team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial profitability, and elevating the Hilton Aruba brand.
What will I be doing?
As Marketing Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development
perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business.
• Assist with managing calendars, processing invoices, and coordinating correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail). • Prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, and client call summaries. • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, faxing, and note taking.
• Support the development and implementation of promotional activities, marketing channels, and event-specific marketing materials. • Manage and update the hotel’s presence on Hilton-branded websites and social media platforms. • Collaborate with local media outlets, third-party partners, and official bodies to strengthen professional relationships. • Digital media support with creation of social media video / photo content
• Communicate the unique amenities and benefits of Hilton Aruba, including dining experiences, events, and refurbishments, to target audiences. • Develop and maintain a media and marketing contact database for effective outreach. |
