POSIZIONE
Utilizzare e mantenere le attrezzature e gli strumenti di pulizia, inclusi la lavastoviglie industriale, le postazioni di lavaggio a mano, la postazione per il prelavaggio delle pentole e il compattatore dei rifiuti. Lavare e disinfettare le aree della cucina e del magazzino, tavoli, utensili, coltelli e attrezzature. Ricevere le consegne, conservare correttamente i prodotti deperibili e ruotare le scorte. Assicurarsi che le stoviglie pulite siano riposte nelle aree appropriate. Utilizzare detergenti, risciacqui e prodotti igienizzanti nella vasca a 3 scomparti per pulire le stoviglie. Controllare, prelevare e impilare gli articoli puliti, inviando quelli sporchi a un ulteriore prelavaggio o lavaggio. Posizionare su carrelli e spruzzare con acqua calda tutti gli articoli per rimuovere i residui di cibo. Smistare, mettere in ammollo e lavare/rielavare le posate. Svuotare e pulire i contenitori sporchi. Svuotare e mantenere i bidoni della spazzatura e l’area del cassonetto. Pulire e lavare tutti i pavimenti delle aree assegnate. Smaltire il vetro negli appositi contenitori. Smontare le scatole di cartone e collocarle, insieme ad altri materiali riciclabili, negli appositi contenitori.
Seguire tutte le politiche e le procedure aziendali relative alla sicurezza e alla protezione; segnalare al responsabile necessità di manutenzione, incidenti, infortuni e condizioni di lavoro non sicure; completare la formazione obbligatoria e le certificazioni sulla sicurezza. Proteggere i beni aziendali. Comunicare con gli altri utilizzando un linguaggio chiaro e professionale. Sviluppare e mantenere rapporti di lavoro positivi; supportare il team nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni. Garantire il rispetto degli standard e delle aspettative di qualità. Svolgere altre attività ragionevoli richieste dai Supervisori.
QUALIFICHE
Istruzione: Nessun diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente G.E.D.
Esperienza lavorativa correlata: Nessuna esperienza richiesta.
