Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager – Seasonal 2026 to join our team and support the Assistant Director of Housekeeping. This seasonal role (minimum 6–7 months) is key to ensuring exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence across all guest rooms and public areas. You will lead, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team while ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency throughout the department.

What You Will Do

• • Assist the Assistant Director of Housekeeping in managing daily operations, maintaining organization, efficiency, and productivity within the department.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure adherence to Four Seasons’ standards.
  • Take ownership of guest concerns, requests, and service recovery, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee departmental records, rostering, leave planning, and the scheduling of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Maintain and manage departmental tools, equipment, and operating supplies efficiently.
  • Supervise laundry personnel and coordinate third-party service providers as required.
  • Act as the Assistant Director of Housekeeping in her absence, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
