Shift Pattern: Open availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $28.26 an hour
The ideal candidate is a motivated culinary professional who thrives in a fast‑paced hotel kitchen environment. They will demonstrates strong foundational cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute recipes and plating standards consistently. Previous banquet experience is preferred, and a positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to food safety and quality are essential for success in this role.

As a Cook 1, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
