As Director of Finance (m/f/d) for the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel, you will play a key role in the success of our hotel and be part of our executive team. Your most important tasks will include:
• As part of our executive team at the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel, you will be indispensable for achieving our corporate goals and will work closely with our General Manager and the departments of our hotels.
• As a financial expert, you will implement strategies and initiatives that maximize the return on investment for our hotel and carry out financial and accounting activities to achieve the desired results.
• You will be responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements and budget planning, and will be the contact person for internal and external audits.
• You will be the central point of contact for all financial accounting issues and will work closely with department heads and management.
• In addition, you will drive the further development of our Finance & Accounting team and support the training and further education of our employees and trainees.
