The beautiful Hilton Salt Lake City Center is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join their team at Spencer’s Steaks & Chops!
Spencer’s Steak & Chops is a refined, long‑standing steakhouse known for serving USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, and contemporary American cuisine in an elegant, upscale setting. Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, it offers hand‑cut, expertly prepared steaks, craft cocktails, and an award‑winning wine program, creating a polished dining experience ideal for both business and celebratory occasions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. They will excel in executing high‑quality dishes, support strong kitchen leadership, maintain excellent organization and food‑safety standards, and bring creativity, teamwork, and consistency to every service.
What will I be doing?
As a Sous Chef, you would be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
