• Business Performance: set budget & forecast, analyze P&L reports, participate in business plan goal.
• Operation: Developing standard in the department, oversee planning and execution, maintain high level of HACCP, working with team.
• Team management: monitor, supervise and discipline of the team members to ensure the team meets their capabilities and degree of professionalism and develop their potential.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing food production and culinary operations, preferably in a resort or leisure destination.
• Excellent English communication skills and able to engage guests.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & training skills.
• Highly organized, result and service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to multitask, work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
