About the location:

The successful candidate will support PR & Marketing Manager/Commercial Director to drive awareness of Four Seasons Hotel Baku and its guest offerings through the planning and execution of offline and online marketing campaigns.

Work directly with the PR & Marketing Manager/Commercial Director to assist with the implementation of public relations and marketing strategies including pitching stories, hosting media visits and tracking of all related efforts in the Sales, F&B, Spa and other areas in the hotel.

MARKETING

• Assist with planning and implementing related media coverage and promotions
• Produce monthly reports as needed for in-house PR team, owners, corporate office
• Assist with facilitating media requests, interviews, photo shoots, and maintain press clippings and media lists.

• Conduct media and influencer property tours and develop itineraries as needed
• Manage PR/editorial tracking and create monthly recaps
• Attend PR/F&B/Spa marketing meetings as well as other meetings pertinent to promotions
• Attend hotel promotional events as needed
• Maintain excellent vendor relationships and supervise projects, particularly graphics, printing, tracking ad schedules and others as needed

• Support and coordinate all operational requirements for marketing and PR initiatives. Example: ensuring all supplies are in possession during events and vendor requirements are all updated.

• Excellent verbal and written English, Russian and Azerbaijani.

• Play a role in planning and executing PR events and campaigns to drive brand recognition and revenue growth.
• Assist PRM with writing press releases about events and happenings of the hotel

• Review & coordinate media and influencer requests (compiling media alerts)
