This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives outdoors, inspires teams, and ensures every guest enjoys a seamless, safe, and memorable poolside experience.
As Pool Supervisor, you will oversee daily pool operations while serving as a visible leader for lifeguards, recreation attendants, and poolside teams. You’ll set the tone for service excellence, safety, and teamwork—bringing Hilton’s world-class standards to life in one of San Antonio’s most iconic resort settings.

Shift Pattern : Flexible to work from 8:30 AM- 8:00 PM on Monday, Friday, and Sundays; Tuesday-Thursday must be able to work 8:30 AM -6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
