As Reservations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficient systems, strong distribution management, and exceptional service delivery.
You will lead the reservations and groups team to maximise conversion, manage inventory and rates across all channels, and support the Director of Revenue with hotel’s overall revenue strategy.
This role plays a key part in the commercial success of the hotel and is central to delivering a seamless guest journey from first enquiry through to arrival.
What are we looking for?
This is an exciting time to join our hotel as we embark on a major transition, including a full refurbishment and the integration of new systems such as PMS and CRS, designed to elevate both the guest experience and our commercial performance. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Reservations leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Reservations Department.
To successfully lead our large, high-volume Reservations operation, you will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership capability, and a passion for driving results through people, systems and strategy. You will bring a hands-on leadership style combined with the ability to operate strategically in a fast-paced hotel environment.
