What you will do:
1. Operate and maintain all washing machines.
2. Report any deficiencies or equipment malfunction immediately to a supervisor or manager.
3. Sort, load and unload the washing machines with kitchen rags, uniforms, bed skirts, bedspreads, shower curtains, shower curtain liners, overlays, bath towels, face cloths, hand towels, sheets and pillow cases.
4. Store, requisition and utilize the proper chemicals for the washers.
5. Sort all linen and terry for housekeeping and food and beverage.
6. Weigh all loads and properly load the dryers.
7. Properly dry different materials such as towels, uniforms, bath robes, bath rugs, kitchen rags, sheets and pillow cases.
