Night Auditor

Due to operational changes, we are looking for our next Part-Time Night-Auditor

As Night Auditor, you will undertake the following duties:

• Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day
• Maintain accurate guest accounts
• Assist with night maintenance /cleaning and guest requests as needed
• Ensure all diary events, flats and specials are actioned
• Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts
• Ensure security procedures are maintained according to policy
• Liaise closely with housekeeping on information relating to rooms and lost property
• Ensure guest registration forms are completed correctly
• Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is completed.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night

Your experience and skills include:

• Full Australian Working Rights- this role is not available for sponsorship
• Service focused personality and the love of working through the night is essential
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including ability to work across a 7-day roster, including, weekends and public holidays, shift hours are from 11pm – 7am
• A good understanding of finance and accounting practices
• Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system
