A Banquet Junior Sous Chef in Banquets trains, oversees and coordinates culinary staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to standard recipes, while continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?
As Banquet Junior Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
