The William Inglis Hotel is seeking talented, motivated, and creative chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. Whether your passion lies in fine dining, banquets, or pastry – we want to hear from you.

Daily Responsibilities May Include:

  • Designing and delivering exceptional à la carte and event menus
  • Leading a team to maintain high culinary standards
  • Managing prep, ordering, and stock control
  • Upholding hygiene, food safety, and equipment maintenance
  • Supporting training and development of junior chefs

 

Qualifications

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant Commercial Cookery Certification (Cert IV)
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-end or luxury kitchen environment
  • Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail in food presentation
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
