No two days are the same working across the Sirocco and Zanzibar properties, which comprise of two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses with spacious balconies and panoramic ocean views, seasonally heated pool and spa, sundeck, BBQ area, and gym. There is plenty to do in and around Mooloolaba and the Sunshine Coast on your days off; from surfing, abseiling and rock climbing, to exploring Australia Zoo, visiting the local markets, or simply relaxing on the beach.
Purpose
As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role as the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for our guests’ entire stay. Your responsibilities span from the moment they check in to the time they check out, ensuring that you are at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests.
Base rate of $26.70ph from Monday – Friday! Saturday $33.38ph, Sunday $40.05ph and Public Holidays $60.08ph!
