Job mission : To be the top manager of the department in the hotel, ensuring compliance with the department’s operational objectives in accordance with company policies and standards, with the priority being to guarantee customer satisfaction. 

What will you have to do?

  • Supervise the daily operations of the department and ensure proper customer service.
  • Control billing, collections, cash registers and correct application of rates.
  • Plan shifts, schedules and lead the team to achieve objectives.
  • Manage the department’s budget, costs, and financial results.
  • Coordinate people management: selection, training, performance and work environment.
  • Guarantee brand standards and excellence in customer experience.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, sustainability, and internal processes.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree or higher qualification, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality or similar
  • Fluency in the local language and advanced English; a third language will be valued.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
  • Ability to monitor and coordinate payment transactions.
  • Skills for handling complaints and claims and effective communication.
  • Experience in team management and supervision.
  • Strong commitment to service, organization, and planning.
  • Proactive and innovative profile.
  • Required experience:
    • External: Minimum 2 years in a similar position in the hotel sector
    • Internal: minimum 1 year in Front Office or other customer service department.
