Job Description:

 

Job Mission: Together with the Reservations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for efficiently and accurately managing hotel reservations, providing personalized customer service, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and ensuring an experience aligned with the hotel’s established standards of quality, service, and excellence

 

What will you have to do?

 

  • Manage and register individual and group bookings through different sales channels (phone, email, web, OTAs, internal systems).

 

  • Attend to and advise customers before, during and after the booking process, resolving doubts about rates, availability, policies and hotel services.

 

  • Enter, modify and cancel reservations in the hotel management system, ensuring the correct updating of data and conditions.

 

  • Check room availability and apply current rates and promotions according to the hotel’s business strategy.

 

  • Coordinate with the Reception, Revenue Management and Commercial departments to ensure proper occupancy planning.

 

  • Manage special customer requests and ensure their correct communication to the departments involved.

 

  • Track payments, guarantees, cancellation conditions and no-shows according to established procedures.

 

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, promoting additional hotel services.

 

  • Keep information updated on sales channels and collaborate in detecting incidents or loading errors.

 

  • Work in accordance with the standards of quality, confidentiality, data protection and customer service defined by the hotel.

 

 

What are we looking for? 

 

 

• Training in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration or similar.

 

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position, preferably in 4 and 5-star hotels

 

• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation management systems (PMS, channel manager, CRS).

 

• Proficiency in office automation tools (Office Suite).

 

• High level of Spanish and English; other languages ​​will be valued.

 

• Customer focus, communication skills and problem-solving ability.

 

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

 

• Flexibility and adaptation to dynamic environments.
