The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to join our team.
In this role, you will support the daily operation of the outlet, supervise service standards, and lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout service.

What You Will Do

• Supervise daily restaurant/bar operations and support smooth service flow
• Ensure all guests receive service according to Four Seasons standards
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team during operations
• Coordinate food and beverage service timing with the kitchen and bar
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, and service procedures
• Monitor quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with HACCP
• Assist with inventory control, stock levels, and cost awareness
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Support training and on-the-job coaching of team members
• Collaborate closely with Restaurant Manager and Assistant Managers
