The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A minimum of 1-year of Customer Service experience.
• A minimum of 1-year of previous Bellman experience.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes AM/PM and overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Previous Supervisory experience is a PLUS!
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated with a hunger to grow their career.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time

Shifts: Open Availability – AM/PM/Overnight Shifts including weekends and Holidays.

Hourly Rate: Probationary Rate: $21.69 per hour, Full Rate (After 90 Days): $28.92 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Bell Captain you would be responsible for supervising Bellpersons, transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
• Retrieve and transport guest luggage
• Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
