Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Front Office Manager will manage day-to-day operations of Concierge, Front Desk, and At-Your-Service (Telecommunications). Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Previous experience in a similar role, or ability to demonstrate concrete exposure in handling a Front Office team within a luxury hotel, is mandatory.
