  • Unique Hotel Elements: Iconic hotel with an internal garden in Mexico City, located at Paseo de la Reforma.  The property has five outlets, Banquet and offsite Banquet services & in room dinning.  Currently under a multiphase renovation that currently has rooms and corridors, then proceed to Meeting Spaces, Spas, lobby and continue to F&B in 2027.

  • Strong financial business acumen and relationship management is key
  • Alignment with ownership’s long-term vision as trophy asset and viable business
  • Product obsession to be at the highest of levels and tremendous intensity for building on what has been achieved and new elevations with renovation taking place
  • On the floor leadership style, driving service execution through staff and guest engagement
  • Need for a leader who can build a  strong partnership by playing a collaborative role throughout the operation of the hotel.  This candidate must be able to synthesize the opportunities for leading hotel in the market
  • Candidate must be able to lead in a fluid, highly demanding environment with a spirit and zest for creating best in class guest and employee experiences
  • Skilled at project leadership and can develop a collaborative alignment amongst diverse stakeholders.  Embraces being both structured and highly organized with a people focused leadership approach
