What will I be doing?
Assistant Director of Housekeeping serving Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi will play a pivotal role in providing strong, dynamic leadership and expert management of the Housekeeping Department. The position will be responsible for ensuring that all guest villas and public areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, creating an exceptional experience for our guests. In addition, the position will assist the Director of Housekeeping to oversee the operations of the Laundry Department and manage pest control efforts, ensuring all aspects of cleanliness and maintenance align with the resort’s luxury standards. The Assistant Director of Housekeeping will guide and support the team, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvements to uphold the resort’s prestigious reputation.
