The ideal candidate for the Cook III position at The Drake Hotel is a skilled culinary professional with a minimum of two years of hands‑on cooking experience in restaurant or hotel settings with a minimum 1 year of experience within banquets. This individual should demonstrate strong technical cooking abilities, consistency, and a commitment to high-quality food preparation, contributing to the exceptional dining standards The Drake is known for.
Full-Time
Pay Rate: $27.33 an hour
What will I be doing?
As a Cook III, you would be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for cold and hot food items in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
