Job Description

 

We’re looking for an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales to lead our sales organization in Kathmandu, Nepal. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive revenue growth, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and develop innovative strategies that position our organization for sustainable success in a competitive market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for translating market opportunities into measurable results while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused sales culture.

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and performance metrics to ensure team accountability and drive above-target results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business growth
  • Develop and manage the annual sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment
  • Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance team productivity and streamline operations
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team members, supporting their professional development and career progression
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in response to changing market conditions and organizational priorities
