Job Description

 

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team.  At Radisson Blu Galle Resort , we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As a Chef de Partie, you infuse our culinary team with a fresh wave of creativity, an insatiable appetite for learning, and a burning passion for the artistry of gastronomy.

  • Prepare and cook authentic Pan Asian / Wok dishes with consistency and high quality
  • Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section
  • Ensure food preparation meets hotel standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Assist in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
  • Train and guide junior kitchen team members
  • Ensure smooth service during busy operation

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine (Chinese Japanese, or fusion styles)
  • Hands-on experience in wok cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player with a positive attitude
  • Relevant culinary qualifications will be an added advantage
