Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is looking for a passionate, quality-driven, and detail-oriented Commis I – Staff Cafeteria to join our Culinary team.

In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations while ensuring all food preparation, hygiene, and storage processes meet Four Seasons standards. You will work closely with senior chefs to maintain consistency, efficiency, and the highest level of food quality.

What you will do:

• Support daily operations of the Staff Cafeteria kitchen.
• Prepare ingredients and food items in accordance with recipes and instructions.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Handle products properly, including storage, labeling, and stock control.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order in all kitchen areas.
• Assist chefs and carry out assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure proper use and care of kitchen tools and machinery.
• Contribute to smooth teamwork and communication within the kitchen brigade.
