About the role:

As Sales Manager, you will drive business development across assigned markets and segments, contributing directly to hotel revenue and strategic growth. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, source new business opportunities, and work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to execute sales strategies aligned with annual goals and Four Seasons standards.

What You will do:

• Develop assigned markets and drive market share across leisure, corporate, and/or group segments.
• Proactively source new business and nurture existing accounts to maximize revenue.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through client meetings, prospecting, site inspections, and participation in sales trips and campaigns.
• Generate leads, negotiate proposals, and secure business aligned with hotel budget and revenue targets.
• Utilize global sales tools, reporting systems, and WSO resources to enhance business development.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
• Maintain strong Golden Sales & Catering (Delphi) hygiene, including accurate account data and booking details.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Commercial Director throughout the sales cycle up to contract stage.
