About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you’ll help deliver great Guest experiences by keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and well‑presented. You’ll work independently or as part of a team, with clear guidance and support every step of the way. This role suits people who enjoy staying active, working to a routine, and taking pride in a job well done.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
  • Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities
  • Vacuuming guest rooms and corridors
  • Completing regular deep‑cleaning tasks
  • Restocking and maintaining your cleaning trolley each day
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items to your Supervisor
  • Ensuring all equipment is used safely and kept in good working order
  • Managing Guest requests politely and efficiently
