About the role
The Private Bar Attendant & Amenity Runner (also called the Mini Bar Attendant) ensures guests in-room private bars and fridges are fully stocked and delivers amenities to guest rooms.
What you will do
• Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately through the POS system.
• Place arrival and stayover amenities in the room according to the category of guests and amenity program.
• Maintain an accurate par if food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, coasters, etc. in storage areas.
