Job Description

 

As Conference & Events Executive, you will manage your own portfolio of events from sales handover through to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless delivery, strong client relationships and commercially successful outcomes.

This is a fast-paced role where organisation, attention to detail and confident communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate conferences and events end-to-end, from confirmation to completion
  • Prepare accurate event documentation and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in Delphi
  • Lead client planning meetings and site inspections
  • Maintain professional, timely communication across all client interactions
  • Deliver events in line with agreed service standards and departmental KPIs
  • Manage deposits, billing and final account reconciliation
  • Work collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Uphold exceptional attention to detail across all event processes

 

Qualifications

 

You are an experienced events professional who thrives in a high-volume, resort or convention centre environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.
