Who we are looking for…

Do you love keeping track of everything, and numbers are more than just data to you? As a Group Billing Coordinator, you ensure that all group billing processes run smoothly and accurately. With your organizational skills and attention to detail, you support our team and create the perfect foundation for satisfied guests and partners. What your responsibilities are…

• You review and approve informational invoices as well as final invoices for our group bookings and events.
• You set up billing accounts in accordance with accounting policies.
• You prepare, review, and issue invoices in compliance with company guidelines.
• You transfer direct billing accounts from the ledger to accounts receivable and archive them according to company policies.
• You check the accuracy of group master bills daily.
• You participate in credit meetings and follow up on overdue payments.
• You monitor and pursue late deposit payments.
• You review and approve invoices from our external event companies.
• You assess and approve commission requests from groups.
• You are responsible for commission forecasts and communicate them with the finance department.
• You allocate Marriott Bonvoy Event Points.
• You support the Group Housing department.
• You input group rooming lists using reservation systems.
• You manage room blocks and guest data in the reservation system.
• You are a true team player across all hotel departments.

That’s what we want from you….

• You have completed training in hospitality or a commercial profession and ideally already have experience in convention sales or the banquet department.
• You are good with computers in general and with MS Office programs especially Excel
• You have a fantastic appearance, are charming and convince with your professionalism
• You are a communication talent with good German and English skills
• Your winning demeanor, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
• You hold a valid work permit for the EU/Germany
