【業務内容】

・国内外の旅行会社、法人企業から入る宿泊予約に関するお問い合わせにEメールや電話にて対応

・自社サイト、国内外OTAサイトから入る宿泊予約の入力や管理作業の他、団体予約に際し、社内のセールスチームと連携し、予約入力

・ 新規予約、変更、キャンセルの正確な処理　など

・柔軟な考えで、行動していただける方

【応募要件】

・ホテルの宿泊予約やフロント業務の経験あれば優遇

・日本語が堪能な方
