About the role:
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role within the Housekeeping Department, overseeing Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This position is responsible for monitoring team performance and tracking daily progress to ensure efficiency and quality. The department will anticipate and customize services based on guest needs. In the absence of staff or during high-volume periods, this position will assist with frontline responsibilities as needed. This role should have strong knowledge of the hotel’s services and amenities to support both staff and guests.
