O Assistente de Manutenção é responsável por realizar os trabalhos de manutenção adequados de forma ágil e com os mais altos padrões de qualidade, garantindo uma excelente experiência para Hóspedes e Membros.
Como Assistente de Manutenção, você será responsável por executar os serviços de manutenção de maneira eficiente e com excelência, assegurando uma experiência positiva para Hóspedes e Membros. Também deverá cumprir todas as exigências legais, estatutárias e regulatórias da empresa durante a execução dos reparos.
Especificamente, suas responsabilidades incluirão:
Cumprir os requisitos legais e normativos da empresa, incluindo normas de incêndio, saúde e segurança, higiene, segurança elétrica e legislações locais
Responder prontamente a todas as solicitações
Executar serviços de manutenção e garantir o uso adequado de EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual) durante os reparos
Manter áreas verdes e estacionamentos, quando aplicável
Seguir os programas de manutenção preventiva planejada
Manter bom relacionamento com clientes internos, externos e prestadores de serviço
Garantir a implementação de iniciativas de conservação de energia
Cumprir as regulamentações C.O.S.H.H., especialmente quanto ao armazenamento de substâncias perigosas
Participar de treinamentos adicionais relacionados à função
