We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, People & Culture (APAC) to join our Corporate People & Culture team at Four Seasons. The Manager, People & Culture (P&C) will provide ongoing People & Culture and people management support and advice to leaders, enabling them to make informed business decisions that have people implications. The Manager, People & Culture will partner with business leaders at various levels, to execute several or all of the following disciplines (in partnership with Centres of Excellence, COEs): recruitment, performance management, talent development, succession planning, learning & development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and change management.
This role is based in Four Seasons APAC Corporate Office in Singapore, reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture (APAC). This role involves interactions with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
