About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for Demi Chef who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working in Mio Kitchen, Demi Chef reports to Chef de Cuisine .

What you will do
1. Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
2. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
3. Organizes and sets up the assigned section of the Food and Beverage Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.
What you bring
1. High school education or equivalent culinary experience
2. One to two years previous experience in culinary/food & beverage line, supervisory position
3. Intermediate English ability
4. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required
