MISSION :
Le Demi Chef de partie fabrique et dresse les plats conformément aux fiches techniques tout en veillant à leur qualité. Il/elle organise le travail de sa partie de cuisine, forme et contrôle le travail des, commis, apprentis, stagiaires. Il/elle applique et fait appliquer les règles d’hygiènes dans son équipe.
