Staff Housing Attendant

Our Staff Housing Attendants play an integral role at the hotel by providing employees who reside in Staff Housing a positive and healthy living experience.  We are the first people our new employees meet when they arrive and the last people they see when they depart. Starting Rate: $19.38 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.07.

Job Duties Include:

• Perform daily inspections, clean hallways, laundry rooms, and common areas, report maintenance issues, and ensure rooms are prepared for new colleagues.
• Welcome new employees, escort them to their rooms, and provide information about their living environment and surroundings.
• Maintain outdoor areas year-round, including lawn care, snow removal, and general property upkeep.
• Assist with staff housing office coverage, move furniture and appliances as needed, and ensure recycling centers are emptied.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in assigned guestrooms, including making beds, vacuuming, and dusting, while respecting privacy and belongings.
