Le Chef d’Équipe Technique Opérationnel H/F assure la maintenance quotidienne et l’encadrement de l’équipe technique de l’hôtel. Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Technique Adjoint, il/elle assure le pilotage de la maintenance préventive et corrective de l’hôtel, le respect des obligations réglementaires ainsi que le suivi opérationnel de l’équipe, des prestataires et sous-traitants.
Il/elle garantit la montée en compétence de l’équipe, contribue aux enjeux environnementaux et de performance énergétique.
