Bell Attendant

W Florence is looking for a motivated and guest-focused Bell Attendant to join our Welcome Team.

Located in the heart of Florence, W Florence blends contemporary design, vibrant energy, and luxury comfort to create a unique experience for our guests. Our Welcome Team is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every arrival and departure is smooth, stylish, and memorable.

As a Bell Attendant, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding first impression, providing attentive service and assisting guests throughout their stay while embodying the dynamic spirit of W Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and storage;
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about the hotel facilities and services;
• Assist guests during departures, ensuring efficient luggage handling and transportation arrangements;
• Support the Front Office and Concierge teams in delivering seamless guest experiences;
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with guests at all times;
• Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain organized and welcoming.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong guest-service mindset and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team;
• Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus;
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
