About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the F&B Department, the Commis de Salle is responsible for the following duties:

• You will contribute to and ensure customer satisfaction at all times by providing high-quality service, delivering a unique experience to each guest while applying the established standards.
• You will carry out the various tasks related to preparation, service, and cleaning.
• You will also be responsible for clearing and resetting the tables.

As Commis de Salle, we expect from you:

• A first experience in high-end dining would be an advantage (internship, apprenticeship, or permanent contract).
• Ideally, you have a background in hospitality and catering training.
• You have a professional level of proficiency in both French and English.
